CSR Europe Appoints New Director People and Organization
With over 20 years of experience in leading multifunctional teams in B2B companies, Katja Mader is the latest addition to the CSR Europe Executive Team.
This summer, CSR Europe is strengthening its team with the addition of an important new member. Katja Mader has joined the organisation’s Executive Team as the new Director People and Organization. In this role she will focus on the overall internal operations of CSR Europe; the upskilling and coaching of teams; and the continuous development of strong expertise on relevant sustainability topics.

Katja Mader has been holding leadership positions across a variety of multinational organizations and industries. She successfully built, shaped and transformed multi-functional teams mainly in the areas of marketing operations, brand and communications, and digital marketing. Before joining CSR Europe, Katja spent 9 years with SWIFT, the global provider of secure financial messaging services, where she also headed the company’s Global CSR and Sustainability Programme.
