Sustainable Mobility IN SMART Cities
On 1st December in Barcelona, Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad is organizing a conference on sustainable mobility of the cities where distinctive companies and business associations will participate.
Sustainable mobility contributes to the reduction of environmental pollution and is one of the main axes of urban mobility in smart cities. We need to transform our cities so that future generations can live in more pleasant and safer environments. That is why improving air quality and life in cities is one of the most important challenges to contributing to a more sustainable environment.
In the short term, we must foster a mobility culture that revolves around sustainable travel. To this end, it is of utmost relevance to take into account the important role that technology plays in the new format of cities. At this point, it is crucial to remember the potential benefit of technology. This will allow us to obtain our travel needs as efficiently as possible and ensure citizen-friendly mobility.
Circular Economy Observatory
On 15th December in Madrid, Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad will organise the Circular Economy Observatory which is formed by the Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad in collaboration with Endesa, Saint Gobain Placo, BASF and the support of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
The Observatory was created with the objective of becoming a benchmark forum on circular economy and generating a space for dialogue between companies, public administrations and experts in the field to monitor the situation at the national and international levels and to promote the adoption of good practices and public policies in Spain.
