Drive+ Kicks Off its 2021 Activities

  • The leading automotive partnership Drive Sustainability launched a new platform dedicated to suppliers: Drive+

  • Suppliers and supplier associations are invited to join the kick-off meeting of the new platform on 9 March at 14.00 CET.

On 9 March, CSR Europe will kick-off the activities of Drive+, the new platform dedicated to tier-1 suppliers and supplier associations, and their engagement with the 11 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of the automotive partnership Drive Sustainability.

At the event, Drive+ members will:

  • Get to know their peers and the Drive Sustainability Secretariat.

  • Receive the first update from the  Drive Sustainability Steering Committee

  • Get practical information on the upcoming strategic consultations on carbon emissions, the common expectations towards the automotive supply chain, and the first thematic workshop.

Suppliers and supplier associations interested in Drive+ are invited to reach out to CSR Europe about the conditions of participation and membership.

This initiative offers a unique opportunity for automotive suppliers to dialogue and engage directly with a large group of OEMs on key sustainability topics. For instance, Drive+ members will be invited to contribute to Drive Sustainability’s activities related to carbon neutrality and to participate in the revision of the Global Automotive Guiding Principles. For this reason, since the launch of the initiative earlier this year, several organisations have already signed up.
