European Day of Persons with Disabilities
Following the European elections in June, the new European Parliament will be constituted, and the new European Commission is expected to set out new political priorities, including in the field of disability, which will coincide in time with the implementation of the second phase of the European Strategy for the rights of persons with disabilities.
The European Day of Persons with Disabilities conference will present an opportunity to have an in-depth forward-looking discussion on the strategic objectives, policy proposals, and initiatives for the next five years.

EFRAG ’s Conference
EFRAG is hosting its third annual conference, "Advancing Transparency & Competitiveness in Challenging Times”, in Brussels.
The event will highlight EFRAG's progress in sustainability reporting and new developments in financial reporting.
High-level speakers will discuss the evolving corporate reporting landscape.

EU Gender Equality Days
The European Institute for Gender Equality is holding its second Gender Equality Forum in Brussels on 10-11 December 2024.
The Gender Equality Forum 2024 comes at a crucial time with a new European Parliament elected, and with a new European Commission taking office soon. It provides an important space for conversations on the future of gender equality in Europe until 2030.
The Forum brings together experts, young voices, practitioners, and high-level decision-makers from EU institutions, national and local governments, civil society, academia, business, media, and the arts.
