Join the 2d NPO Community of Practice on Upskilling and Reskilling
On 14th November CSR Europe welcomes its National Partner Organisations (NPOs) for an enriching online exchange on current practices and strategies adopted by businesses to meet current HR needs and prepare for future trends, strengthen the skills of their employees amidst the green and digital transition and overcome the challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
The rapid advancements in AI, digitalization, and ongoing business efforts to contribute to the green and digital transition are reshaping industries at an unprecedented pace, creating an urgent need for workforce transformation. To meet these changes, companies must prioritize reskilling and upskilling efforts that focus on adaptability and life-long learning among their employees.
National CSR Networks across Europe play a key role in providing guidance and expertise to businesses. They can support companies in building a strategic approach to HR to meet the sustainability requirements set forth by both the European Commission and national policymakers.
After a successful first session dedicated to advancing inclusive corporate upskilling and reskilling strategies, CSR Europe invites its National Partner Organisations to join the second Community of Practice on Upskilling and Reskilling on 14th November at 10:30 – 12:30.
Held in the format of a virtual roundtable, this meeting offers participating NPOs a unique opportunity to share current practices and strategies adopted by businesses in their country to:
Meet current HR needs and prepare for future trends
Strengthen the skills of their employees amidst the green and digital transition
Overcome the challenges posed by artificial intelligence
The true richness of this Community of Practice lies in the collective input and engagement of all attendees. Participants are therefore invited to actively engage in the conversation. To maximize the impact of this initiative, NPOs are encouraged to involve team members responsible for designing and implementing training programs.
