On 7 February 2025, CSR Europe launched a Call for Application to Members who wanted to further engage by serving a term-mandate (from June 2025 to June 2028) on the Board of Directors of CSR Europe.

The deadline to receive your interest and application is March 14th at 6pm CET.

As you are already aware, the Board plays a critical role in defining the strategy of the organisation and supervising its implementation. Board members are fully committed to providing adequate support to the organisation.

Their responsibilities and accountability lie within:

• Defining, approving, and overseeing the implementation of the strategy;

• Defining the membership policy and approving new members;

• Appointing the executive director, who manages the organisation and reports directly to the Board;

• Approving the annual budget and financial results for presentation at the General Assembly;

• Proposing internal regulations and, when needed, amendments to the by-laws.

Invitations were sent out via email to the Network on February 7th with the required practical guidance and documentation.
