ATELIER - Developing a People-Centred Approach to the Workforce pt. 3

CLOSED EVENT - CORPORATE MEMBERS ONLY

Draft Agenda

This is the third of a three-part Atelier series dedicated to an “Developing a People-Centred Approach to the Workforce”.

The series tackles the topic of Future of Work in the context of fundamental green and digital transitions. It adopts the “Go Outside” and “Bring the Outside In” aspects of CSR Europe’s Business Uniting Talents 2030 Project approach and offers corporate members the opportunity to reflect and exchange on topics related to the workforce in challenging times.

This third part of the Atelier series will focus on how companies can address the recent phenomenon of Great Resignation, a trend in which a surprisingly large number of employees are voluntarily resigning from their jobs. Factors such as wage stagnation amid rising cost of living, job dissatisfaction and the desire for more work flexibility account for this trend. While businesses are still dealing with the aftermaths of the COVID-19 pandemic, they are once again faced with a new critical situation to which they need to rapidly find effective solutions to retain and attract talents, the core of their business.
