The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), in force since late 2022, has spurred the European Commission to expedite the introduction of sector-agnostic European Sustainability Reporting Standards by July 2023.
This directive extends its influence to listed small and medium enterprises (LSMEs), obliging compliance through specified reporting requirements via Delegated Acts by 2025.
