We are addressing the following SDGs:
SPEAKERS
Customers, governments and civil society organizations increasingly expect companies to conduct their business with respect for people and the environment. This expectation becomes more demanding as more and more European countries have implemented or are planning to implement laws to ensure companies work towards more sustainable supply chains. On top of that, a European legislation is currently being drafted around risk management & due diligence.
The UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) already call on companies to identify, mitigate and reduce CSR risks throughout their value chain. The identification and prioritization of social and environmental risks will become mandatory by law and will help companies to remain competitive, operate sustainably and be more resilient to future crises.
This session will explore how to effectively identify and prioritize CSR risks throughout the supply chain, while making a positive impact on the SDGs. The online tool CSR Risk Check and its “Prioritization Module” will be introduced and presented by two participating companies who will give the audience in-depth insights about how they identify and prioritize risks.
