SPEAKERS

Upskilling - training employees in a particular occupation with new skills to improve how they perform their jobs - is a necessity for companies and workers alike. It helps companies to stay competitive and innovative and prevent employees from becoming redundant. How can companies’ HR department support the employability of vulnerable workers? How can companies develop future-proof HR strategies that anticipate future megatrends? How can companies develop a flexible working culture that leaves no one behind?

Join this session to discover the methodology developed in the project “Upskill for Futureto empower companies’ HR function in the implementation of effective upskilling practices, especially with regards to strategic workforce planning, training and development, and mobility and flexibility.
