OPEN EVENT
Co-Organized with: Business for Society Czech Republic, Business Leaders Forum Czech Republic, Responsible Business Forum Poland.
In the light of the war in Ukraine, the Board of CSR Europe urges all stakeholders to act upon their Collective Social Responsibility.
There is an immediate need to work towards fundamental respect of the rule of law, safeguarding human rights, and restoring an open, respectful, and sustainable society.
Governments, companies, and civil society need to work together to make the words of the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, a reality: it’s not too late to save this generation from the scourge of war.
This is a question we need to ask ourselves, especially since CSR Ukraine is a member of CSR Europe and several of our National Partner Organisation (NPOs), bordering Ukraine, are acting now. At the same time, several companies have started to take different actions, for instance towards their employees in Ukraine, in support of refugees, reconsidering their business in Russia.
This open webinar will bring together companies and National Partner Organisations that are part of the CSR Europe network for an explorative roundtable to see what can be done and how we can collaborate in the face of the ongoing war in Ukraine.
