CLOSED EVENT | National Partner Organisations (NPOs) Only
The European sustainability framework is undergoing a significant transformation. The approval of key legislations is ushering in a new era of heightened standards for corporate behavior and accountability. At the same time, the rapid progression of digitalization, coupled with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into various business processes, and the push to decarbonize Europe’s industrial processes, are posing profound challenges to the resilience of the contemporary workforce.
National CSR Networks across Europe play a key role in providing guidance and expertise to businesses. They can support companies of all sizes in navigating and fulfilling the corporate sustainability measures set forth by both the European Commission and national policymakers.
Building on last year’s NPO Bootcamp’s session on upskilling and reskilling, led by Fondazione Sodalitas and Impronta Etica, CSR Europe now invites its National Partner Organisations to join this first session of the Community of Practice on Upskilling and Reskilling.
This is the first meeting of a series aimed at exchanging insights and experiences in setting up and delivering activities aimed at assisting companies in navigating sustainability requirements, skills, and opportunities.
Over the course of this first session on “Building Sustainability Skills”, participants will have the opportunity to share the challenges faced at the national level, solutions identified, sustainability topics selected, target audience(s), and methodology used to set up the training.
We will learn more about the experience of CSR Hellas in establishing the CSR School and delving into IRDO's sustainability certification scheme.
