The European Mobility Package consists of a series of rules, organised in 3 pillars, aimed at transforming the road transport sector. Mobility Package I (MPI) is the most ambitious set of social and market access rules in the history of road transport sector in Europe. In February this year, the last milestone for its enforcement came into force, with new rules on the posting of drivers, which is expected to change the ways of working of both transportation companies and truck drivers.
The purpose of this webinar is to explore how the Mobility Package I will affect (and is affecting) road transport and logistics companies. It will be an informative session focused on the main rules stated on MPI, on the functioning of the road transport market and the working conditions of truck drivers.
