Kosovo CSR Network: “The Mentorship Scheme” Project
The Kosovo CSR Network just recently launched a Mentorship Scheme Project, with the support of UNICEF Kosovo Programme. The initiative aims at empowering youth to become leaders and agents of social change through mentoring by private sector professionals or academics.
Through the expertise of these professional mentors, young people can improve their skills and abilities, make their way into the labor market, and ultimately successfully participate in policymaking and decision-making processes.
Although the current COVID-19 crisis limits the activities of the project, Kosovo CSR Network continues to work towards youth empowerment by organizing online lectures by various professionals on a range of topics.
