Teleperformance Leverages its International Presence to Fight COVID-19

In an effort to support public and government efforts worldwide in the fight against COVID-19, Teleperformance announced its commitment to delivering a wide range of helpline and other essential support services, such as local, regional and national government citizen education, information and assistance services.

Yannis Tourcomanis, President of Teleperformance CEMEA declared: “Essential information can change fast during emergencies like Covid-19, so we communicate frequently with the proper authorities to ensure our professionals and, in turn, the public have the most current information available”.

Like Teleperformance, many of our members continue to go beyond the ordinary to fight the spread of the infection and its deadly consequences.

But what comes next? Now, as the COVID-19 lockdown measures are slowly starting to ease, there is an urgency for togetherness: for enterprises, industry federations, policymakers, and civil society organisations to collaborate and build back better.
