CSR Europe Appoints New Chair and Board Members at the 2024 General Assembly

Brussels, 26 June 2024 – Today, CSR Europe appointed five new members to its Board of Directors during the annual General Assembly of the organisation. These are:
Chair of the Board: Filippo Bettini, Senior Advisor Sustainability at Pirelli S.p.A.
Corporate member of the Board: Sarah Bradford, Group Sustainability Lead at Hitachi Europe
Corporate member of the Board: Titta Rosvall-Puplett, Chief Sustainability Officer at Syensqo
Corporate member of the Board: Alexandros Katsiamboulas, Group ESG Performance Director at Titan Cement Group
NPO Representative of the Board of Director: Katarin Wagner, Co-Executive Director at econsense
In line with the bylaws of the organisation, they will oversee the strategic direction of CSR Europe and manage its asset together with the other five Board representatives. With their wide range of expertise, they are set to enhance the organisation’s leadership as it continues to champion corporate sustainability and responsibility across Europe.
Filippo Bettini, Senior Advisor Sustainability at Pirelli S.p.A. and newly appointed Chair of the Board, expressed his commitment to the organisation’s vision and mission, stating:
