Business Action for the Future of Work
‘JOBS 2030 - Future of Work’ is aligned with the ‘European Pact for Skills’, launched by the Commission in November 2020 with the aim of encouraging member states, public and private organizations, and social partners to take real measures to improve workers' skills (upskilling) and train them in new skills (reskilling).
Forética joined the pact as a signatory organization. Together with ‘JOBS 2030’, projects such as Upskill4Future or Deploy your Talents drive business action in the transition to a sustainable and inclusive Future of Work.
Companies can participate in the project ‘JOBS 2030 - Future of Work’ by sharing here their initiatives focused on three strategic dimensions:
People-centered technological transformation.
Promotion and development of talent, skills, and knowledge.
Diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The selected projects will stand out at the European level as the best solutions for Spanish companies to the challenge of the future of work.
