Companies face increasingly high requirements regarding human rights’ due diligence. From policies, and risk analyses, to measures, and reports, most guidelines are qualitative in nature. Therefore, they present limits in their capacity to effectively track and steer human rights performance.
Methodologies that allow to report on human rights in quantitative terms are less common. However, if human rights are to be at the core of corporate management and financial systems, concrete quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are indispensable. At the same time, their application can contribute to achieving SDG 8 “Decent Work & Economic Growth”.
Join this roundtable to explore the challenges and opportunities that can come with quantitative indicators for an effective human rights’ due diligence.
