The Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting socio-economic crisis brought an unprecedented change to the workers world-wide.
The crisis has highlighted the value of essential jobs such as healthcare practitioners, maintenance and production workers, grocery or food retail employees, and garbage collectors. At the same time, mandatory social distancing has exacerbated pre-existing inequalities: the cases of violence between family members and towards certain groups, such as women, LGBTIQ people, and people of Asian origin increased significantly.
How can diversity management contribute to ensure recognition and inclusion?
Join this National Roundtable with representatives from the public and private sector discover the benefit of diversity management in times of crisis.
We will present the Practical Guide to Diversity Management, which includes effective measures and feedback received from the signatories to the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg and company members of the IMS network. The document is composed of two parts: immediate crisis management and the return to "normal", covering the issues and possible risks that organizations may face, as well as recommendations and good practices to deal with them.
